Tom Gemmer, Associate in Ministry for Administration and Leadership, leads the Administration Ministry Department.
The Administration Ministry Department at Emmanuel has the broad goal of coordinating the overall ministry and mission of the church, and providing support to all other staff, volunteers, programs and ministry departments so that the day to day work of ministry can continue in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
